When baseline and follow-up care measurements are required, the application provides a tool to setup patient and provider surveys and questionnaires and record the responses. The application provides a method to improve the member’s quality of care and satisfaction. The application was copyrighted by the corporation.
• Developed a utility which allows all types of desktop applications to continuously deploy software by providing the capability to transfer and run the latest releases of software on the desktop at any time. This utility is currently deployed on thousands of desktops and has been commended by management as a major cost and time saver.
