Verisae is a new FM application that will be replacing Concept. Financial data will be stored in Verisae related to work orders created and fixed for stores. This will then need to feed into Oracle SSP, although the 1st phase will involve extracting this information and sending it through as a flat file which will be manually input to SSP. Currently there is a contractual payments file which is produced periodically as well as a “pay as you go” payments file which is also produced periodically, however the business would prefer if this could be done at least weekly or whenever the user requests it. Although we would eventually want to automate the complete process we would currently need to produce a flat file which will then be manually input into Oracle SSP.

The main intention of this system is to automate the Online Auctioning system is the application developed for buying and selling a wide range of products online, an alternative to the manual auctioning system. The owner of the site acts as an intermediary between the buyers and sellers. The main idea behind the website is that the sellers can advertise their products on the site and interested buyers can buy them. The selling and buying can be done in two ways 1) auctioning 2) Fixed price. The Process in Auction is similar to the live auctioning. This means that the user places bids for items and goods get sold to higher bidder. Sellers are notified through email, the status of the items when bids are placed on them, when the auctions are over and the name of the winners. Fixed price is a way to buy and sell the products. Fixed price is similar to shopping where seller places items for sale at a specified price and buyers can purchase items immediately.
