Managed/Mentored a Confidential employee for this project and provided Business Analysis.
  • Created and administered a configuration management process to put the thousands of pieces of code created for this project into test and production environments. Duties included modifying existing PERL and Korn shell scripts to create the necessary multifile systems in the appropriate places, adding parameters to reduce build, configure, and deployment times; creating processes to label code; developing backup processes to manually transmit the code needed for testing; and writing scripts to automatically run the code during testing.
  • Replicated the same successful methodology/model for the acquisition conversion. Primary responsibilities were for the Cash Committing and the EarlyFundingsystems. Provided both the overall architecture for this project and managed it.

The Developer responsible for the Detailed Design would then address and fix the flaws/errors in the Detailed Design document in addition to fixing his/her Informatica mapping based upon this analysis
  • During the actual Integration Testing, defects were logged based upon differences from the data that his mappings produced against those that the Developer produced. The process included creating volume groups and stripping them across multiple disks to increase performance and create the actual database. Used Ab Initio to land, clean, process, and load the data into the database and into the fact/dimension tables.
