- Technical lead and developer for SAP conversion project which involved creating customer templates from Confidential ’s data warehouse and legacy transactional systems. Project included creating many new MS SQL Server tables, stored procedures and many Informatica components (maps, sessions and workflows). The project had a very aggressive timeline and was completed on time and under budget with no other resources.
- Developed process which uploads gross margin calculated from data exclusive to company’s in - house data warehouse to Confidential . This saved the company from having to resource or rewrite Crystal Reports and Confidential custom queries. This project included new iSeries programs, tables, new MS SQL Server tables, stored procedures and new Informatica PowerCenter mappings and sessions. Completed project in less than one month (160 man hours and $6,500). Original estimate to rewrite or resource all reporting was 3 people 6 months (approximately 2,900 man hours and $120,000).

- Created never ending job process to handle all Confidential transactions created by custom programs.
- Transactions include: Receipt to Inspection (RI) and Receipt to Purchase Order (RP) generated from our purchasing receipts application; Planned Issue (IP), Miscellaneous Issue (IS), Unplanned Issue (IU) and Receipt to Manufacturing Order (RM) generated from our custom manufacturing execution application; Physical Inventory (PH) and Inventory Transfer (TW) generated from our Radio Frequency (RF) applications.
- These applications replaced manual system where transactions took as long as 5 days to process to under five seconds.
- Used DB2, RPG IV, RPG ILE, CL, CL ILE and embedded SQL
- Using ZPL programming language for Confidential printers generated Stock Location (with barcode) labels, Material Receipt (with barcode) labels, Custom Customer Shipping labels and more.
- These replaced hand written labels and stenciling done by plant personnel. As customer specific labeling became a requirement Confidential replaced custom code to produce customer specific shipping labels. Each customer’s requirements were saved as a template and labels produced via an API called from HLL programs.
