- Using the Rational Unified Process (RUP), Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams, and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, documented System Architectures. Applications were developed using Visual Basic, VBScript and Visual Basic for Applications.

- I am responsible for providing solutions using Informatica 9.x to extract data and load data from Oracle and GreenPlum. Used expertise of everything Microsoft, helped to make the difference between successful Ingrian (encryption software) rollouts of the client application to users and to correct the deployment failure on two separate occasions. When developers deployed and testers were unable to test the installation of the new Oracle 9i listener and Advanced Security Option on call center workstations, provided support and remediated the failure.
- Developed a script designed to correct the permissions on the Oracle9i directory structure on user workstations. In an effort to make the call center PCI compliant, developed a plan that used Ingrian to encrypt WAV files, and created a script that erased WAV files from client machines at the end of call center conversations. Was recognized for excellence as a major contributor to the successful implementation of PCI standards across the enterprise, completed in only four months when estimates indicated it would take six months to complete.
