• Using the Rational Unified Process (RUP), Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams, and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, documented System Architectures. Applications were developed using Visual Basic, VBScript and Visual Basic for Applications.
