Description of the Project

Enterprise Data Warehouse is a collection of fragmented Data Marts, which holds various subject areas like: Customer, Credit, Channels Deposits, and Finance etc. My focus is on the Customer subject area, which has 3 sub-divisions: Front End, Integrated Customer Environment and Relational Data Mart. Each sub-division has various applications which load the following Data Marts: Customer Data Mart, Compliance Data Mart, Prospect Data Mart, Adhoc Matching Mart, and Relational Data Mart.
Loading the Data Mart is done through Ab Initio graphs. There are at least 700 graphs scattered across the Customer subject area. Basically Customer Information System feeds the Source data, which has been further segregated into Customers and Prospects and fed into the respective Marts. All the Customers are subjected for the daily screening for the compliance and loaded into Compliance Data Mart. Customer with the account information has been fed into Relational Data Mart.
This project deals with handling source systems, standardize, screen and maintain the Customer with Account information, which is the centralized repository for Chase retail services.

Description of the project

Project scope would involve Infosys to assist BNSF execute small enhancements, baseline support and capital projects in the Revenue Accounting, Car Accounting and Price Application systems at BNSF.
This project would require Infosys to execute the small enhancements using an offshore / onsite model.
