Description This project belongs to Honda reporting. Honda works in shift and the production goes for 24/7. Every department requires pre-defined report to deliver their work. This application is simultaneously used in more than 12 plants and in more than 1200 departments. This application is commonly used for online transaction processing and for reporting purpose. This number was drastically increasing and causing the system performance issues. These underline project is an assessment project where we require to find the pain points of the systems and fix it.

Description: Excellence Award project deals with the system to provide cash award to facilitate the Employees who work efficiently for the organization. The Excellence Award will be given to Employees who are punctual, availed minimal number of leaves and other criteria for the whole financial year.
The Activity involves the collection of Cluster Data for Each Month, for each employee for the whole Financial Year. Then calculating his late arrivals to the office beyond factory hours, the number of leaves applied in a month and loading his information in database. If the employee exceeds the given constraints, then he/she will be given negative marks. So the employees with least negative marks will be adjudged as a Winner.
