Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of TRID. FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines along with the title commitments, hazard, and flood insurance policies.

- Review loan documents for Confidential as well as State, Federal and Company regulation.
- Fund Wet and Dry State loans. Review Loan Approval, 1008, 1003, Credit Report, Title and Appraisal. Confirm all Underwriting conditions have been meet.
- Verification that all requirements of the loan process have been meet prior to wire of funds.

- Review and approve HUD-1 Settlement statement from closing agent/escrow.
- Review the signed loan documents and credit package for Confidential and for compliance with federal and state law as well as company policies.
- Follow-up with broker for outstanding conditions.
- Complete verification of employment as required by published procedures.
- Balance funds to ensure correct wire amount.
- Follow-up with closing agent for final settlement statement and validate that there are unauthorized changes to the final HUD.
