  • Confidential is one of largest PowerBuilder/Oracle client/server applications on Windows NT.
  • He is responsible for coordinate all activities required to support the application.
  • Confidential has been involved in the project from the beginning and has an intimate knowledge of the application from all aspects including System Architecture, Development, Implementation, Technical Environment, and End User Support.
  • He is also involved in working with the client to identify how emerging technologies can be implemented to support their business needs.
  • Prior to becoming the Project Manager, Confidential was the Development Manager for the Confidential Project.
  • He was responsible for the Design and Development of the Confidential application, he supported the State during Acceptance Testing and Implementation.

  • He was responsible for all aspects of the project. The project includes managing and monitoring all tasks needed to develop and implement modification to the current system in preparation for federal certification.

  • During the initial development effort, Confidential was the Development Manager for the program side of the project; this included coordinating the design and development of the Intake, Locate, Interfaces, Establishment, and Enforcement portions of the system.
  • He was responsible for all aspects of managing Confidential staff, subcontractors, and coordination with State staff.
  • The Maryland Confidential system was developed on a client server platform with a centralized database.
  • His role also included client liaison functions, and the development and management of the work plan and schedule.
  • During this time he was responsible for both the external and internal design of the system.
  • He also worked with the technical team to define the overall system architecture.
  • Confidential participated in the transfer of a large-scale automated eligibility system to the State of Tennessee. He was involved with the requirements, design, and all related documentation of the interface subsystem.
  • The donor system for the Confidential project was the Ohio IV-A system.
  • Confidential was the team lead for the IV-D team responsible for the design, development, conversion, and training of the interface between the IV-A system and IV-D system in South Carolina.
