Responsibilities:
- Created an application using Engineering Change Order (ECO) functionality to manage tracking of changes to WO and SO Bill of materials for SAT and PSAT.
- User entered data for ECO Parts list will create data for BOM changes and update a staging BOM x-ref table. Once approved, Master data will submit a batch job to update BOM and production x-ref table.
- Created a Batch job that use changes in X-ref to update open sales order (not released to warehouse for Pick/Pack; Next status less than 535) already existing in E1 and this update is based on X-ref data: Order type, Program ID, Admin. If an open sales order does not have the necessary information as determined in the ECO and X-ref table, the sales order will not be updated.
- One of the SOX project initiatives is to implement an order consolidation process that minimizes the total number of deliveries a school receives for an ADMIN (a pain point from this past April School Day). ETS has state contract schools that test multiple products within a single ADMIN date (such as schools in MI, CO which test SAT, SSD, PSAT and PSAT 8/9 on the same date). ETS wants to consolidate shipment of these multiple products by ADMIN Date by physical school site.
