- Led a performance tuning team for a real-time telecom network service monitor and provision system. The system-wide work encompassed all server system layers, from application on down to data repository and storage. I studied the entire system, synthesized opinions from task groups, identified performance issues, and mapped out solutions to boost performance, which, with the team effort, resulted in a total 2,100% improvement in system throughput through various releases.
