- Worked on site at end client Entergy’s Confidential office. Participated in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Entergy’s Confidential finance integration project.Currently performing Confidential support duties after go live (DevOps), for both HR and finance.
- Confidential is Entergy’s initiative to provide better integration among existing Entergy systems.Both HR related and finance related components went live very recently.
- Developed Vendor Integration modules from PeopleSoft to 3rd party staging tables; developed general ledger integration module that sends SAP ledgers to PeopleSoft.
- The components were developed in BW 6.3 on Windows, and were deployed to TEA on Redhat Linux.

- Works, with external .NET forms. Upgraded iProcess from 11.0.1 to 11.4.1 (on Windows 2012 servers), SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2012, TIBCO BusinessWorks from 5.7 to 5.11. TiP is used to process escalated claims. It receives claims from scan, fax,or iCare ( Confidential ’s main claim processing system), allows agents to process claims, and then sends back determinations to the originating system.

Third party vendor invokes Confidential service to retrieve user accounts from Confidential, and my duties include:

Axis2 generates a set of Java classes and allows Java to access XML documents as a set of Java objects Coordinate and assist unit testing and integration testing with other teams involved in this project; Coordinate the deployment of GPS project to production; and Provide production support and trouble shooting in production environment
