- Created a model to predict which packages most likely contained illegal drugs. A report was generated and used to interdict packages. After a warranted search, drugs were found in a vast majority of packages listed on the report.
- Created a model to predict which checking accounts presented to the Confidential the prior day to purchase stamps were most likely fraudulent. These accounts were nearly always fraudulent accounts. This process cut 30 days off of the old process to get checking accounts listed on the bad account list thus stopping further fraud.
