Responsibilities:

  • Managed Off Shore Support Relationship in two continents to assure service delivery competency.
  • Analysis, development, and deployment of an integrated Service Delivery / Root Cause Analysis system that helped to track Major Incidents of the Global Marketing team.
  • Instituted an interim solution for a major project that notified interested parties from support all the way to upper management of a Major incident.
  • This application was created using VBA and sent out regular status updates including history of actions taken from conception to current time.

  • Transfer Agency - (Dublin) Part of a conversion team that upgraded a Microsoft Access Project to a SQL Server backend.
  • RRS (Risk Reporting System) - Solely responsible for development of an interface to allow Users to continue to use a number of ACCESS databases after the input was retired. I created an interface ACCESS database that reformatted PLM information into RRS format and loaded data to ACCESS resulting in an easy transition for the business users.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of an Issue Tracking system for internal IBT use in VBA. This system was the major tracking system which was used each day by senior management. It provided detail and summary information which allowed Senior Management to effectively manage regulatory, internal audit and self identified issues and risk.
  • SMAC Purge- Refined the Mainframe SMAC purge. This application ran for over 24 hours prior to refinement. The redesign used COBOL and VSAM to reduce processing time to approximately 30 minutes resulting in both processing and DASD costs
