BAS Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

Work with project engineers to design, develop, and integrate commercial HVAC control systems.
Oversee project from conception to completion.
Use CAD software to create electrical drawings and flow diagrams of equipment to be installed.
Generate a material list of all components to be used on each job.
Develop a sequence of operation for which the HVAC system will operate according to.
Use GCL+ to program device controllers according to the developed sequence of operation.
Create a fully functional user - interface using ORCAview or enteliViz software, which depicts a floor plan of the site and individual graphics for each piece of equipment along with special requests from the mechanical team.
Close out the job by sending in AS-Builts which document all the changes from the controls submittal through completion of the project.
