- Led the architecture, design, definition and development of a scalable web-based data warehousing, reporting and analytics platform for the Confidential and Confidential the two consortia that represent the student populations for 47/50 states in the U.S. The databases for Confidential hosted 25 TB of data and the databases for Confidential hosted 15 TB of data.
- The Confidential and Confidential systems were architected to support 10,000’s of concurrent users and scales horizontally to seamlessly support spikes in usage. The systems were hosted in the cloud on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Core technologies include JavaScript, CoffeScript, Python, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Bootstrap and Pentaho BI Suite. Infrastructure monitoring was done using the ELK stack.
- Inspired the team to deliver the project on time and within budget. Wrote proposals which won competitive bids for both projects.
