Financial Systems Analyst

Managed the Financial ERP system for over 300 users spanning across the US. This includes working after hours for our West Coast division.
Singlehandedly created, implemented, and maintain the new security structure for a major upgrade of our financial system, Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Built the training documentation, as well as trained the users on the West Coast prior to the implementation of new financial software following a major acquisition. Provide refresher training, as well as train - the-trainer training for Financial Controllers and accountants. Training is done both live and via web conferencing.
Key team member during the analysis of software products to determine the best business approach following acquisitions.
Present weekly projects to the Change Management team for approval for Production environment. Work with the partners to develop the change and the users to test the change.
Lead meetings and conduct CRP sessions (conference room pilot) during our project implementations and conduct various levels of testing prior to go live including, planning, mock go-live, and go-live.
During our monthly outage, promote all code and apply hotfixes to our Microsoft Dynamics AX financial software.
Provide excellent customer service to my users and partners in the workplace including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Treasury.
Work closely with internal and external auditors and adhere to SOX compliance and all IT governance.
Key leader in implementing our Accounts Payable invoicing system (PNC) and interfacing structure to Dynamics AX. Leader in implementing the Cash and Bank module interface for Accounts Receivable.
Currently finalizing testing for a Dynamics AX Cumulative Update that I will put into Production in June.
