  • Pune, India Manufacturing Facility: Users complained system didn’t work for them. Went onsite for Business Process and End User training evaluation. Found system to be incapable of supporting the localization requirements as well as extracting data for Analytics. Cost avoidance of $1.2M to upgrade and further customize a system that cannot support all Indian locations. Recommended further ERP assessment to derive Business Case for replacement.
  • Gyor, Hungary Aftermarket Distribution Center: Greenfield SAP Implementation using 6.0ECC and EWM. 6 month implementation time using internal and external team resources.
