- Started at the Bank during the requirements gathering phase for a new Salesforce org as the Project Manager & Administrator. Initial configuration for Lending Opportunities and Accounts was done by external consultants during the initial six months. The bank cut the consulting budget to 0, and I took ownership of the entire system (solo resource)
- Gathered requirements, architected/designed, developed, tested, deployed, trained and supported Salesforce Sales Cloud for Wealth, Lending, and Treasury Management teams based upon input from each teams’ leadership and end users. Each team required customization of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and the creation of multiple custom objects. This required the creation of role hierarchy, profiles, list views, workflow rules, record types, sales processes, validation rules, reports, page layouts, custom objects, visualforce pages, apex triggers, apex visualforce controllers, apex batch jobs, & sharing settings
- Gathered requirements, architected/designed, developed, tested, deployed, trained and supported Service Cloud for Treasury Management call center team
- Gathered requirements, architected/designed, developed, tested, deployed, and supported all integrations to Salesforce. These include multiple banking cores ( Confidential Bankway & Confidential IBS), wealth management core (SunGard Charlotte), credit exception reporting (LQAS), and Accounting G/L. All data is updated daily (insert, update, hard delete - depending on record status) in Salesforce with automated processes using batch/cli Salesforce data loader connected to MS SQL Server. The core integration assists in giving users a true 360 view of their customer
- Gathered requirements, architected/designed, developed, tested, deployed, trained and supported Lending budgeting/goal setting and bonus system, referred to as the Matrix, in Salesforce for all users from Loan Officer to Bank President and trained all users on its usage and reporting. Each user has quarterly goals and results for multiple loan, deposit, credit, and accounting metrics. The Matrix is a custom object that contains aggregated data from 3 external systems and Opportunities. External data integrations are automated with command line/batch Salesforce data loader directly connected to MS SQL DB, and Opportunity data is updated through triggers and apex batch jobs
- Created Visual Force dashboard component, custom controller, and test class, so every Matrix user has a custom dashboard that is always up to date
- Created near real-time integration of Salesforce Opportunities and internal credit approval system ( Confidential ) the integration is done using Pragmatic works task factory, MS SQL Server, and uses Salesforce workflow rules to perform business logic and send email notifications to users of the credit status of their Opportunities
- Led data conversion project for ancillary lending and credit systems for the bank’s core conversion from Confidential Bankway to Confidential IBS. Also, developed data conversion programs and data feeds for Salesforce and Credit systems
- Wrote multiple triggers on standard and custom objects using SFDC best practices of one trigger per object and bulkification
- Created visual force opportunity new/edit override page with apex controller extension and test class. Recently removed and replaced with standard page layouts to prepare for Lightning roll out
