Responsibilities:

  • Translated several WebFocus reports into Tableau Sheets and Dashboards. And embedded into the company performance portal.
  • Developed and taught internal program for WebFocus Info Assist report writing tool.
  • Created Readerboard program for use in IT Call Management Center centralized video screen using WebFocus HTML Composer that allowed representatives and management to analyze and drill into potential problems based on incoming call activity more quickly.
