  • Maintain HR records for all hourly and salaried non - exempt positions, as well as load all new requisitions into our system
  • Manage Temporary/Contingent workforce, including, reports, background check and agencies.
  • Acts as first point of contact for employees with question/concern in a timely, courteous, professional and confidential manner.
  • Inputs all employee information into company database, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, new hires and termination date and reason.
