- Lead an effort to define requirements from an infrastructure standpoint for the build out of a new data center. Once the new data center was complete, my team and I planned and implemented the move of all hardware from the old data center to the newly built data center. This move was successful without any impact to the business.
- Supported an implementation of SAP by sizing new hardware and worked with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation was successful. Unfortunately, after the go-live, we ended up with some performance issues, but my team worked with vendors and determined that the custom code caused the performance issue. We were able to resolve the code issues by using a code analyzer, which isolated and recommended changes to improve performance.
