  • Established change management process to identify and implement business functionality and improve usability gaps with Compensation and associated systems. This collaborative effort with all Business Areas resulted in a single prioritized and approved work plan, schedule and funding justification. Business Areas gained productivity in pay planning due to automation and accuracy of data.
  • Managed implementation of systems including employee recognition and new incentive plan, resulting in improved retention and employee satisfaction.
  • Implemented Salary Survey technology to better determine compensation plans based on market data, collected from similar businesses. The result was improved accuracy and productivity due to automation, market data and Business Intelligence analytical metrics.
