  • Parts procured along with the permits were updated real-time on salesforce object from SAP via MuleSoft connector to communicate to customer hereafter. Use case was customer to Confidential 1:1
  • While processing volume of permits for single customer 1: Many bulk data feed was implemented via connector.
  • Permits information was sent back to SAP tables for record and audit processing. Bidirectional feed use case on Mule.
  • Implemented the even driven architecture in Salesforce for MuleSoft wherein Confidential Id, a unique identified to Confidential issued by city authority is appended onto integration URL which was triggered by user action is sent in queue to be processed depending upon resources availability. From end user no time lags were noticed ever, appeared to look real time indeed.
  • Scheduler was also configured for out flow of data at specified intervals.
  • Tedious to process ad-hoc quotes and proposal for volume of orders

  • Payments are not integrated, required to collect the parts/services number, unit purchased and then check the price in another system prior printing the PDF. Most of all if there is rebate or specials, it takes longer than usual to come up with accurate number which can be released to customer
