- The budget for this project was $521K; the Project timeline is 5 months. The objective for this project is to get this facility, 255 sq ft, 6 buildings, with sales revenues, $450m, Operational ready, increase company’s market value, for the PE to have it ready for sale, by March 2019. In my role, I handle all sourcing, managing, and negotiations of suppliers, oversee the budget, including expenses. Milestones, timelines.
- In addition, too, oversee and manage, one Confidential Mechanical Engineer, and one Confidential Supply Chain Data Analytics Expert. Set up bi-weekly steering committee meetings with all the key stakeholders, to go over the deck (powerpoint), that included a Dashboard, showing Project Budget to Actuals, Risk, Challenges, Milestones, Timeline, and opportunities.
