  • Once the resource is on board (hired) will get all hr paper work done, In orientation will explain hr policies and process, regularly touch base with consultants and try to resolve the concerns in time, close all the issues before turn around which comes from the resource.
  • Regular follow-up as per the submissions schedule, update resource database in rooster on regular basis and maintain updated information. Handling and co-ordinate for travel requests received from consultants, their accommodation, house hold move and relocation.
  • Handling benefits admin for insurance related issues or concerns.

  • Perform duties in Orientation for Transitional resources about policies,Perdiem plans & process, their vacations and benefits.

  • Enrolling all the employees under company group insurance coverage plan, work on employees requests like additions, terminations, change of address or any kind of changes in their rmation status and handling all the insurance related issues.
  • Co-ordinate Official travel arrangements & relocations through the travel desk.
  • Follow up for Billable and Non-Billable Timesheets and Expense Reports and forward them for Payroll processing, work on MIS reports. Also maintain and save all these reports for future s.
  • Regular follow-up with consultants report submission schedules, send out reminder mails on weekly, semi monthly, and monthly basis as per the submissions schedules. Upon receipts of T&E reports check for no. of hours submitted and client approvals if billable and manager approval if non-billable.
  • Also make sure all the supporting receipts are submitted with approval for all the expense claimed if any changes or corrections required inform the consultants immediately and make sure.
  • Later forward them to finance team for payroll processing. Save the soft copies reports in monthly folders for future s.
  • Resolve issues or escalate them immediately to the concerned BDM if could not resolved the issue in time.
  • Ensure that personnel policies and procedures are followed.
  • Follow time and expense, insurance and all policies and procedures carefully, send T&E reports every PPE, co-ordinate regularly with finance team send reports every PPE for payroll processing. Also update finance on changes in employee information like address change, any dependent addition or deletion, insurance updates, SSN updates etc.
  • Make sure that hr policies and procedures are followed thoroughly by consultant and we follow all hr processes
  • Recommend procedural changes that will improve the functioning of the personnel area.
  • In every pay period, before we go ahead with the payroll process will have a discussion with finance team and resolve if they come up with any discrepancies or issues.
