Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with technology partners, vendors, Innovation, operational and IT leadership, stakeholders, other delivery partners, Lines of Business etc. to gather and share information with super users and end users to design and configure system build, updates, and enhancements as Project Manager.
- Participate in all stages of testing lifecycle, implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post Go-Live support), and integration testing.
- Gather business requirements, build consensus around business processes, design, and configuration of Workday application.
- Lead work streams, driving toward decision making and recommending best practices for functionality to achieve key project milestones.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options to recommend approaches to meet client and functional requirements.
- Client demonstration, Prototype, and tenant builds (iloads and object transporters), unit and system integration testing, and UAT.
- Lead design workshops in phase deployed environments.

- Develop training decks, storyboards, and presentations. Implement and administer testing for desired courses, using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, and LMS tools, and maintain system design and build documentation.
- Validate baseline of existing training, testing, and certifications, and utilize Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP), Kirkpatrick’s method of evaluation, and other resources to evaluate and determine learning gaps and areas of improvement.
- Drive adherence to quality guidelines as set by management, assessing the effectiveness of training on performance, and identifying the training needs and best practices with the goal of sharing/collaborating with the Training Team to improve training methods, processes, and standards, while gaining increased efficiencies.
- Project Management, including owning the technology/infrastructure and documentation of non-functional requirements: availability, scalability, resiliency, security, etc.
- Lead Change Management team to assess departments, measure proficiency, and recommend individual and team educational paths.
