I was brought on to resolve long standing issues and especially to resolve 100’s of thousands of dollars in failed EDI invoices due to data issues. Immediately after I solved this problem I was granted role as EDI Supervisor in charge of 2 employees.
I have expanded the EDI value and partnerships to data test and integrate such customers as Target, Walmart, Bealls, Charlotte Russe, JC5STAR… I am also responsible for successfully overturning thousands in chargebacks.
The work in my dept flows smoothly and problems are resolved as quickly as possible. I use research and tools to fix problems then to expand to meet the expanding marketplace. I am now EDI Manager.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing technical answers to vendors regarding EDI transactions as well as supporting a custom Burlington Coat technology. I used my knowledge of programming to work with the EDI programmers to resolve technical problems as the first line to research on the database using SQL especially. Using this I was the primary EDI contact to the BCF consolidator MOL.
I worked very closely with the BCF imports dept. Also as the senior most EDI Specialist I have trained all Burlington Coat EDI analysts. I have also filled in all areas relating to EDI as needed.
