- Provide oversight and leadership for all Information Security Due Diligence activity for Confidential evaluations of target organization’s security capability maturity, evaluating incremental risk as part of the M&A lifecycle
- Functional leader for executive and C-level leaders from target companies, Corporate Development teams, Confidential Information Technology teams, and Privacy and Compliance teams daily to coordinate and execute acquisition diligence
- Serve as a liaison between Corporate Development teams and Corporate Security Management facilitating assessments of target companies’ security programs, security architectures, and overall security posture as they relate to Confidential Standards, relevant regulatory and legal requirements, industry standards, and client obligations
- Responsible for creating reports which include plans and budget to transform and integrate a target company’s people, processes, and technology sets to meet all relevant requirements
