Initially, the documents from ‘Objective’ were extracted to file share server. The metadata of the documents are placed in the RDBMS tables. The documents were uploaded to documentum in the batches using the dql scripts generated from the metadata and object file. The migrated documents are sorted in the folders and sub-folders, based on the requirements. The webtop is customized to perform search on the custom object type and their attributes. Then extract the search results to the external file system.
