Responsibilities:
- Operations Lead through Business process, Implementation and integration of Workday for Confidential . Worked with client through requirements and testing to ensure appropriate requirements were captured and tested prior to the go - live date.
- As the Operations Lead I was responsible for all of the HCM functions which include but not limited to (Change Job, Hire, Change Org, Termination, Severance, and various other functions).
- Drives Change for related improvements and ability to understand impact of issue across domains and ensure resolution. Manages Change request such as Divestitures, Mergers, and Acquisitions that generate approx. $200 - 500K revenue per year. Works with client to document changes.
- Work within a multi-client environment providing critical business decisions to each client to assist with improving current processes. We have taken the customized Severance Transaction page created specifically for Confidential within the PeopleSoft application and have used this page to improve the way other clients implement their severance process. This process generated additional revenue of approximately $300K just for Confidential to implement.
- Manages associates and assist with career development. Responsible for assisting employee with Performance and Development plans that coincide with the company’s goals. Responsible for working with employees to understand current capacity and where additional assignments can be aligned.
- Process owner for Divestitures, Mergers & Acquisitions. Responsible for ensuring that Divested employees are terminated in the system and ensuring they are paid appropriately out of the system. Work directly with the client on receiving this population and coordinating timing of when to execute these terminations. For Mergers/Acquisition, I ensure employees are transferred or hired onto our system and are not negatively impacted during the Merger/Acquisition. Key stakeholder in weekly calls with client lead over all M&A Activities.
