Creating test cases on Zephyr depending upon different devices use cases.
Testing campaign and content features on teh appropriate devices with correct system and installer version.
In development environment, QA team test each feature mentioned in teh QA check list and staging link. If any issue arises, then it has to be reported to teh developer keeping teh product owner in loop. Once teh fix is done, teh campaign/content gets retested and if passed, will be moved for CSM certification.
