Creating test cases on Zephyr depending upon different devices use cases.
Testing campaign and content features on the appropriate devices with correct system and installer version.
In development environment, QA team test each feature mentioned in the QA check list and staging link. If any issue arises, then it has to be reported to the developer keeping the product owner in loop. Once the fix is done, the campaign/content gets retested and if passed, will be moved for CSM certification.
