Sandip has developed a program strike zone that documented the key business success criteria targets and thresholds and has accelerated the development and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse from eight departmental data marts. Implemented all Mortgage Service Package (MSP) extracts into one enterprise data warehouse positioned to feed all downstream data mart applications of the Loan Servicing Business Unit thus helping the organization to manage the loans in a much better way. Sandip managed project resources (including but not limited to number of people & skill sets, hardware configuration disaster recovery), progress, completion timeframes, and budget. There were 9 project teams consisting of 125 people.

Key Achievements.

  • Established offshore infrastructure development team(hiring people, setting up infrastructure, assigning job responsibilities etc.) and coordinated offshore activities which includes both development and loading of data every night and QA
  • Saved the company over quarter million dollars every year by receiving the source files (from 3rd party) only once instead of receiving the same 180 files a number of times for each data mart.
