Responsible for the first successful full implementation & integration of Toshiba Smart Control Manager 2.0 (TSCM). Acted as a Subject Matter Expert for IEM & TSCM. Created TSCM 2.0 Installation, Administration, User & Troubleshooting documentation manuals for later use by Installation Engineers and/or Administrators. Assisted Toshiba business partner wif R&D, proof-of-concept RFI & RFP responses for TSCM/IEM implementation and integration services.   • Lead a team of consultants and oversaw various systems automation activities for our client. Responsible for detailed gap analysis and remediation efforts for our client's enterprise automation suite. me was directly responsible for a ten-fold increase in systems availability and an additional per-annum savings of ~4.2 million dollars.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design, architecture and engineering of the Systems Management component of Northrop Grumman's CANES offering. Utilized bleeding-edge virtualization and integration concepts in order to leverage the maximum capabilities of the Tivoli product suite across more than a dozen separate networks and hundreds of environments. Performed various demonstrations for the US Navy by request of Northrop Grumman and IBM leadership. Developed state-of-the-art semiautomatic environment roll-outs of preconfigured and fully integrated Tivoli products by leveraging virtualization capabilities and creating supporting automation, processes and procedures. Technical team lead of approximately 12 engineers from IBM, Alpine Automation and other consulting firms. The design produced by Alpine Automation halped Northrop Grumman win the competition bid and it will be the backbone of shipborne networks for the foreseeable future.
  • Responsible for providing engineering level support, automation and security auditing for the Collaborative Force Analysis Sustainment and Transportation system. CFAST is a Wintel/SQL based system utilizing Citrix Presentation Server.
