  • Created custom workflows for BCC and defined server configurations against all environments. Configured the canonical server and defined the solution for sharing carts across multiple instances on different application servers. As Architect with Confidential, I lead the development team and work with business stakeholders in Agile methodology. I typically lead off-shore development teams to understand client requirements and design, implement the various components required for deploying the Confidential solution.
  • My troubleshooting skills are second to none and I typically provide solutions where no one else can. For example, I fixed the bug that was generating 40k/day incomplete orders. The bug was in the servlet pipeline. I found and fix a recursive bug in the catalog structure that would crash Confidential instance once sub-category was selected.
  • I fixed the BCC when client was unable to deploy. All off-shore teams including Confidential professional service were unable to fix. The problem was in the workflow. I created a new workflow and this allowed the BCC to successfully deploy and close the project and unlock the assets being deployed. I also fixed a file descriptor leak that was preventing the system to send to MQ Series ESB and fixed the back-end Corticon rules.
