Technical Head

Responsibilities:

  • Extension of TCP protocol to improve throughput in WLAN using NS2.
  • Improving the throughput of WLAN by changing some of the properties of TCP protocol. It was achieved with the help of simulation software Network Simulator 2(NS2).
  • The four main points use to achieve the improvement are:
  • Cross layer feedback.
  • Explicit Congestion Notification.
  • Change in congestion control mechanism.
  • Delayed Acknowledgement.
  • Radians per Meter in Third year B.E.
  • To measure the speed of motor. LDR was used for counting according to which a formula was formed to understand the speed of motor. The microcontroller used was LPC2148.
  • Building automated security systems in Fourth year B.E.
