Conduct requirement workshops, understand and identify gaps in the existing BI framework and determine what KPIs, reports and dashboards need to be built to fit those gaps
Translate business requirements into functional design and eventually into technical design
Conduct front - end design workshops and collaborate with business users to define the report wireframe
Design reporting data model and build the semantic layer for reporting in the RPD using Admin Tool
