• Designing and building a FedEx interface that automatically ‘Ship Confirms’ orders on JDE when product is shipped from a vendor’s FedEx web portal;

• Solving data and software issues: Oversaw all sales order, manufacturing, forecasting, purchasing processes and made sure no system issues disrupted our business process.
• System Security: Set up user profiles, system security, added and configured new users.
• 24 hour support: Supported and made sure the nightly stream completed correctly.
• Solving hardware issues: Our office and factory contained roughly two hundred AS 400 enabled devices that had to be functioning for the business to operate.
