- Working extensively with ACA Escalated Case Resolution team and developed processes to efficiently handle the incoming case volumes from MD, DC and VA exchanges. Developed Escalated Issue tracker in SharePoint to capture and track all the escalated cases coming from MD, DC and VA exchanges.
