  • Most recent experience as both an Anthem Broker Service Representative and a Health Plan Advisor as a result of my third year working on six month temporary assignments.
  • Received accolades from subscribers and brokers for level of customer service provided. Discovered a glitch in the logic of employer’s electronic processing of records passed from the state healthcare insurance exchanges. This glitch negatively impacted innumerable members and brokers, and generated numerous calls to Health Plan Advisor and Broker Service Call Centers. In past year discovered another glitch in electronic processing logic which erroneously overlaying the customer’s chosen healthcare insurance policy with inaccurate policy.
