Responsibilities:

My role is to get in touch with maximum of my preferred vendors in regards to C2C requirements along with rate, mode of interview, Duration and End Client name, when I receive those reqs then I posted it on our CRM for our recruiters to find candidates for me. I do search for new vendors from dice,
LinkedIn and get in contact with new vendor who reaches out to me through resume postings of monster and dice. I do instant submissions and AMC calls for reqs, I filter candidates resume before submitting them to vendors. I coordinate with vendor when any interview request or PO comes up for my candidates.
