SUMMARY:

  • I am an Appian consultant that helps companies transform their business processes through innovation, bestpractices, and technology.

  • Solutions Architect and Project Manager for the company’s Top 3 clients (financial services, real estate, and manufacturing). I was involved in the complete development lifecycle for these clients. This would start with a meeting or workshop with their executives, senior management, and stakeholders that I would lead. Then I would continue to work closely with the client and team through documentation, development, implementation, and training. All of my projects grew from proof of concept or pilot projects into successful programs.
  • Appian Implementation - I have helped 4 separate clients implement their new Appian programs. These clients were brand new to Appian and needed help developing a strategy that would leverage Appian strengths and enable them to get the most value out of their investment. My focus was to create a true enterprise solution versus isolated applications on one platform.
  • Partnered with our SVP Business Development for pre-sales client meetings. Helped the client to see a solution for their problems using Appian.
  • Created & Managed Professional Services/Analyst Department- Recruited, hired, and mentored US analyst team n Appian functionality and Agile methodologies. Implemented standardized reporting, templates, and other work artifacts.
