  • Combine the actual and target data to one consolidated table.
  • Import data source objects from database in Framework Manager.
  • Create relationship between objects and create Alias object if need.
  • Create model query objects and also create relationship and set determinants.
  • Create the DMR model for report using including dimension and measure, publish the package.
  • Creating template for the reports, creating reports based on the package.
  • Collecting business requirement with different business unit and aligns the balance between different stake holder’s opinions, High level design, Design the data warehouse with Star Schema.
  • Design the table structure which is most suitable for the report development and performance.
  • Build the fact table as snapshot or Accumulating Snapshots depending on the requirement.
  • Tune the performance by bridge table if necessary.

  • Developed, implemented and trained managers regarding self-serve tools such as Ad Hoc reporting, Analysis Studio (Cube, OLAP), Query Studio and QlikView. This increased the availability of self-serve data to our customers and allowed the reporting team to build more complex reporting solutions.

  • Developed critical reports for various IT ISO 20K audits. These reports helped the Incident and Problem Management teams get ISO certified in a 5 month period.
  • Maintained and updated 800+ reports in production environment.
