  • Designed and served as project manager for the entire rewrite of the Activity Plus product. Prior to the rewrite, there were 30 hour running jobs on the server with vulnerability to abends. The rewrite captured files daily on the mainframe and accumulated the totals on revolving files which greatly reduced run time.

  • Designed and coded numerous bundled Debit Card projects and provided maintenance on Command Level CICS Cobol and Micro Focus batch programs. Also provided strong on-call support and served as a trainer and mentor to new programmers
  • Designed and served as project manager for the rewrite of the entire conversion process. Modularized the process eliminating various duplicate code and thoroughly documented the process. Because of the success of this effort - Confidential uses the conversion team today for new hire programmers because the process is so well streamlined and documented - it allows less experiences programmers to become successful in a short period of time with limited direction or mentoring
  • Designed, coded and developed the Agent Transfer process. This process requires changing the master key on every batch file in the system due to business realignment using Micro-Focus Cobol
