  • As part of a 4 person team, he assisted wif diagnosing both PC and mainframe Claims processing applications.
  • dis included installing and uninstalling PC applications remotely on claims adjusters PCs. As part of an 8 person team, he assisted wif diagnosing and correcting production mainframe issues on a daily basis.
  • Corrections to production files were handled by running SQL queries to modify errors in policyholder data.
  • Occasional COBOL and DB2 COBOL program changes were sometimes needed. Some of these contained embedded SQL queries.
