  • Team member that participated in design, development, testing, deployment of the NSOP ordering system, the successor to SOP. Assisted in the retirement of the SOP 3270 mainframe UI, and the development in the NSOP web GUI. Developed and maintain the programs and processes that ties the NSOP web GUI and server middleware to the SOP mainframe backend. Assisting in the development of the NSOP backend, by decomposing and documenting legacy processes/functionalities, assist in the migration to a C# / SQL server platform.
  • SME/sole developer for SOP Tables. Maintained and updated the various reference databases in the SOP application. Designed, tested, deployed Tables 2K, the first PC server based internal application in the SOP application, providing an easier means and front end interface to update the CO Class of Service and CLLI Code databases. Provided SYSADMIN support to the Tables2K users. Maintained various nightly batch jobs that updates SOP databases via file feed from various data warehouses.
  • Taskmate SME/sole developer of screen script language against the SOP mainframe UI. Created, tested, and executed various scripts to recover from mass service order fallout, including but not limited to, edit errors on pipeline orders due to new business rules, missed system/application requirements, system /database failures. Mechanized the correction of data errors on service orders and re - flow to downstream systems, reduced and/or eliminated hundreds of man hours spent by service reps manually correcting orders in error. Generated ad-hoc reports of service order activity to determine health of SOP system and service order metrics. Corrected 100k+ lifeline customer accounts for proper billing. Performed quarterly federal mandated service rate changes on qualifying customer accounts.

Expanded SMARTS to separately manage the various lines of businesses (residence, business, wholesale, retail, enterprise) to more effectively deploy field technicians based on expertise.   • SME/sole developer for the scheduled batch job subsystems of the SOI application. Maintained reporting feeds that provide metrics to the CLECs, FCC, and PSC, which include accurately reporting of timely provisioning of services to customers, and timely billing of services after provisioning, to avoid monetary fines levied by the CLECs, FCC and PSC; Accurately report sales numbers and award recognition to service reps making the sales; Internally report missed commitment dates and mail apology letters to customers.   • E911 batch subsystem SME/sole developer. Ensure accuracy of E911 address data and timely transmission of E911 report feed to the various E911 call centers. Participated in investigations when E911 records are missing from feeds, extract and resend E911 records to E911 call centers.
