- Designed XenApp server farm environment for robustness being hosted from ESXi hosts in the Vcenter cluster.
- Tested and implemented the “Pre-Launch” feature native to XenApp delivery console for XenApp 6.5, which allowed for a seamless and faster connection to all XenApp’s for user base.
- Operated VDI infrastructure maintenance and administration for the following resources via patch and hotfix roll-ups (Xencenter v6.2, DDC, Storefront, Desktop Studio, XenApp), Citrix Storefront v3.1, including (Citrix Studio, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Director, Citrix Provisioning Services v5.6, 7.6).

- Identified and remedied extended log-in processes for Citrix user base despite having small profiles, by creation of multiple PVS servers placed in load-balance mode.
- Persuaded Upper I.T. Management through POC to reconcile existing Citrix user profile problems, by executing a project that consisted of both configurations of AppSense software management, GPO creation in Active Directory and Citrix UPM export to user SQL database using AppSense v8.4.495.0 client.

- Created project plan to update to a newer version of Cisco Prime Appliance which was used to manage all Cisco Wireless WAP devices globally. This was a major project as a one SSID and RADIUS configuration was implemented so that a user despite their country or office could visit another company office and log-in to that current offices wireless environment, and access all needed resources seamlessly.
- Catalogued and monitored configurations and diagnosis of switch stack environments along with administration for both POE and Non-POE hardware being Cisco Catalyst access switches stacks of 3750G/X (20 count), 4500(cat4500e) (12 count) Cisco Catalyst WS-C6513 (2 count) & Nexus 9000 C9372PX Cores switches (2 count).
- Slashed large I.T. Dept. budget expenditures for LAN/WAN cabling, by negotiating prices and fees with vendors, along performing both IDF/MDF cable management and maintenance to reclaiming non-defective and still usable industry standard cabling.
- Reclaimed monies to I.T. Dept budget by identifying and cataloguing networking hardware EOL, by working with vendors to pay negotiated prices for EOL hardware.
