Responsibilities:
- We were outsourced to Anthelio as part of the McLaren Healthcare acquisition of NorthernMichigan Regional Hospital.
- My duties remain the same as below. However, the area that these duties expanded from covering the northern portion of Michigan to all of Michigan.
- This area include 10 major sites and several hundred smaller sites connected through the major sites.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain current Cisco packet network and VoIP infrastructure for the hospital.
- This includes interaction with equipment vendors for the budgeting, acquisition, and deployment of various network platforms for both data and voice networks.
- In addition to equipment vendors, I also interacted with ISP providers for both point - to-point connections as well as standalone Internet connections for the transfer of data and voice to and from our remote locations.
- Project Manager and Technical Lead to add redundancy to the hospital network infrastructure.
- This includes the redesign of all closet connectivity back to the core of the network as well as redundancy to the data center.

- Project Manager and Technical Lead to re-design the entire campus backbone infrastructure.
- This included interaction with vendors for testing and selection of network equipment and an all new end-to-end cabling plant.
- Additional responsibilities included the creation of the project budget, timelines, negotiation of additional physical space.
