WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical lead for the wireless broadband access group. Represents product with proprietary OFDM, 802.16e, LTE and 802.11n technologies serving commercial service providers as well as government/federal agencies.
  • Lead the system integration engineering team. Create and manage the test strategy, test plan, distribution of test responsibilities and oversee the test progress for deferent product releases.
  • Execute test for the end to end system involving waterfall, QoS, application and throughput performance including RFC2544. Review results with tester from different test setups to evaluate the performance and any potential issue. Different level of test automation implemented using Perl and Python scripting for test execution as well as post processing test results.
  • LTE end-to-end system validation, performance and integration tests with different UEs(MSs). Also responsible for maintaining SGW (C, Linux), eNB (Linux, VxWorks) software releases and supporting SGW product and network issues across Motorola LTE trial implementation across labs and field. Use Spirent RF fader to emulate different RF conditions and validate product features.
